FAQs

Changing or cancelling orders +-

Should you wish to change or cancel your order after your payment has been processed, please contact us immediately by emailing concierge@kookai.com.au and we will try our best to accommodate your request.  There may be some instances where we are unable to modify your order.

 

Payment +-

All payments for items purchased through the KOOKAÏ EBoutique will be made through a secure payment gateway. A proof of purchase receipt for the transaction will be sent to you along with your purchase.

We accept: Visa, Mastercard and PayPal. 

 

Delivery times and Postage Cost +-

We will do everything we can to deliver your order as quickly as possible, however please allow up to 3-5 Business days to receive your parcel.

During peak seasons, orders may take up to 10 Business days to be delivered.

 

Postage is a Flat Rate of $15 per order.

 

Tracking orders +-

Faulty garments +-

If you have received an item you believe to be faulty, please contact the KOOKAÏ EBoutique and they will endeavour to either find a replacement or issue a refund, subject to the conditions of our Refunds & Exchanges policy. 

 

Gift Wrapping +-

All items purchased through the KOOKAÏ EBoutique will be wrapped in KOOKAÏ’s signature blue tissue paper with a KOOKAÏ sticker at no additional charge. Additional giftwrapping services may be available on request.

 


KOOKAÏ Sizing +-

Please refer to our Sizing Chart on each individual product page. If the item you have ordered is not the correct size, please contact the KOOKAÏ EBoutique to arrange an exchange.
