Orders are delivered with Authority to Leave (ATL), meaning your parcel may be left in a safe place without needing a signature. In some areas, our delivery partner may require a signature at their discretion or take it to your local post office for collection.

Please ensure you provide an appropriate shipping address that is attended during business hours, as if we are unable to leave parcels unattended and is unable to deliver to PO boxes. If you’re not present
when delivery is attempted, the driver will leave a card in your mailbox with information on how to collect or arrange re-delivery.
All orders ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), so there are no customs or duty charges on delivery. Any sales tax that applies is calculated and shown at checkout.
